USDA Grade 1 Ground Whole, pesticide-free grains: Barley is a low gluten, slightly malty-flavored grain which provides a good balance of nutrients; Sorghum (Milo) is a larger-seed cousin to millet which is gluten-free, rich in amino acids and alkalizing to the stomach; Oatmeal is added for easy to digest nutrients as well as its outstanding fiber properties to aid in stool regularity and colon detoxification. Many veterinarians consider that it helps lower and stabilize animals’ blood cholesterol. All are believed to trigger less allergies.
